Join me for a fun, dynamic, well-rounded yoga practice! During this 1-hour Vinyasa class we will flow through classic yoga postures to help you lengthen, strengthen, and tone. The class will include a warm up, sun salutations and standing/balancing postures, backbends, hip openers, core work, and relaxation practices.

 

The goal of this breath-based movement class is to leave you feeling energized and balanced.

This is an open level class. Beginners are welcome!

Meditation
MINDFUL YOGA

Tuesdays at 11 AM (ET)  *Classes will resume in September 2023*

This refreshing 1-hour class incorporates gentle movements that help build strength, balance, and flexibility. Throughout class there will be a strong emphasis on body and breath awareness to help cultivate presence and mindfulness.

 

​

This class is appropriate for anyone looking for a no-stress, gentle movement class that offers a variety of modifications for traditional yoga poses. Each class is sequenced with the safety of active older adults in mind.

​

​

All are welcome; no prior experience with yoga is required.
